2011年3月15日Inet控件不能加载-VB6.0 控件许可证错误解决补丁

这事居然我今天遇到了，重新注册控件也没用，囧……

引用控件会发生控件没有许可证的错误。不能加载控件 Inet1; 许可证未找到---VB6调用控件提示没有设计许可证。
